Price per year

What does the year include?

Everything in the column it buys, for the whole workspace. Prices exclude VAT; you order with a purchase order from the Billing page — no card details, no automatic charges.

People

How are people counted?

Every teammate who works costs €20 a month on Team and Group. Those who only look cost nothing.

What is a viewer?

Someone who reads the workspace and may add notes where you allow it — the accountant, the secretary. Viewers are counted, never billed.

Document storage

What fills the space?

Deal documents — drawings, certificates, price lists. Profile photos and product images live outside the meter.

Can I buy more space?

Yes — €4.00 per GB per year, on any plan, stacked as the desk grows.

Are documents counted?

No. The month brake counts what you send, not what you keep — records pile up freely.

Counterparty portals

Does the other side need an account?

No. They open the link and answer — no account, no password, no charge, ever. The link is their portal.

Buy and sell prices per item, per quantity

What is the catalog?

You keep a buy list and a sell list for each item code, at each quantity. What actually happened on your offers, quotes and orders sits beside it, with converted prices marked. You can copy the latest converted price at each quantity onto your list. The list does not change by itself. People who only look can see it; they cannot edit.

How many item codes does the plan keep?

Each plan keeps this many item codes. Archiving one frees a slot. Importing counts. The catalog is not broken at the cap — that is the plan.

How long is my activity kept?

Each plan keeps its own window and then deletes — not hides. The history on a record (who changed this price) stays on every plan.

In-app and web-push notifications

How do I hear about paper that needs me?

In-app and browser push — submitted quotes, questions, orders acknowledged. Web push works without installing anything.

Quote requests and offers a month

Is sending metered?

No. Sending is not metered and never billed extra — 600 quote requests and offers a month is the abuse brake on the entry plan, and it scales with the plan above it. Reaching it takes a volume no small commercial desk has; one email raises it, no charge.

Which AI agents work with kanpo?

Yours. Point any MCP client at kanpo — it reads and writes the workspace under your token's class, from the entry plan up.

In-app AI assistance

What is the in-app assistance?

Drafting help inside kanpo: translation and address work on the paper you are writing. Team and Group carry the same generous allowance of 500 requests a month. It is an anti-abuse brake that keeps the shared queue fair, never a meter and never a bill. On Solo, your own agent does the same work through the MCP door.

Why a token per member?

Every machine send stays attributable to a person. Solo runs on one token; a team wants each colleague's assistant to act as that colleague.
