OVERBRING Labs operates kanpo. Workspaces upload documents, logos and profile photos, and can publish a company listing. That hosted content belongs to the workspace that put it there. This page is how you tell us if something on kanpo uses your work without permission.
This is the address for notices about hosted content, including under the EU Digital Services Act.
How to send a notice

Please include:
- your name, organization and a working email
- a description of the work you own, and where it can be found
- the exact location on kanpo (URL, workspace, or document) of the material you object to
- a statement that you own the rights, or are authorized to act, and that the use is not permitted
- your signature (typed is enough)
Incomplete notices take longer. We do not need a court order to look.
What we do
We read the notice. If it is complete and the material is on kanpo, we disable access to it and tell the workspace that uploaded it. They can reply if they believe the use is authorized. Repeat or obvious abuse can close a workspace.
We host the files; we are not the author. Notices about a deal between two companies belong with those companies first — we still act on a complete copyright notice.
